FROM COMPLEXITY, TO CLARITY!
The Great Adaptation
We design journeys That Changes, not programs About Change
The business world is quickly moving away from ‘top-down’ and ‘directive’ driven leadership styles, which are becoming less effective as personal and professional priorities, are changing. Instead, we’re moving towards more emergent approaches to leading and leadership that require a more ‘in-tune’ or ‘tuned-in’ leader that can navigate disruption with deep intent, sensing, and connection.
Our corporate leadership development and coaching experience has shown us that; focusing on developing stillness, inner calm, and a leader’s ability to pay attention to what has heart and meaning has a higher impact on growth, productivity, and successful change management.
Embodied Beings’ corporate leadership development programs and personal coaching focus on attending to the inner capacities and external practices to enable leaders to be more embodied, balanced, and stable when facing any form of disruption. We cultivate the ‘change agency’ within you, your team, and the organization to increase connection, trust, collaboration, and creativity, which in turn increases performance, retention, results, and the achievement of goals.
We offer to guide and help you tap into this inner knowing that allows you to BE at ease with emergence. To move you from being in control to being in FLOW.
We design and facilitate programs and retreats to help leaders and teams thrive in change.

CHOOSE TO CHANCE THE RAPIDS AND DARE TO DANCE THE TIDES – Garth Brooks
Continuous change, rapid movement, uncertainty, and chaos are the new normal. Learning to navigate the rapids IS the most important development skill everyone, not just leaders, need to avoid fatigue, fear-induced decisions, a loss of control, and mental and emotional exhaustion.
Embodied Beings works with organizations to develop leadership programs that enable everyone on the team to let go, let flow, and lead in Whitewater. We believe leadership skills are important to everyone, regardless of designation or responsibilities. Moving from chaos to calm, emotionally exhausted to emotionally energized, mental turmoil to mental clarity is a shift we could all use right now and a skill we all deserve.
Our two flagship programs are below. Check them out and get in touch!

EMBODIED LEADERSHIP
The Somatic Approach to Developing Your Leadership.
"Knowledge comes from learning; wisdom comes from living." – Antony Douglas Williams.
Embodiment is when your actions consistently reflect your values and commitment, especially under pressure. If you can keep your head while others around you are losing theirs, you become an inspiring leader in your personal life and to your team.
The world doesn’t need more leaders who know about leadership – we need leaders who embody the capacity to lead in the midst of a storm. The concept of embodied leadership is derived from somatic coaching. This somatic coaching method moves the centre of learning from the head into the body, allowing one to access all aspects of intelligence – intellectual, emotional, and physical. Based on the idea that the mind and body are inextricably linked, it is a style of leadership that brings together language, action, feeling, and meaning. When people embody their values and cultivate the ability to stay centered and present as they lead—even in the face of adversity—it allows them to drive successful transformational change.
Our Embodied Leadership journey focuses on the vision of who you want to be in your daily life to enable you to live your leadership every day. It is a unique approach that combines neuroscience, holistic practice, action-oriented communication, and mindfulness to create an Embodied Being and an Embodied Leader.

GRACE UNDER FIRE
Awaken Your Fierce, Feminine Intelligence.
A quiet revolution is taking place, unlike any other, the world has seen. It is happening in boardrooms, laboratories, in the media, in government, in all types of organizations across the globe. The revolution of female empowerment and feminine leadership brings compassion, respect, and charge into everyone's workplace, not just women.
“Leadership is not a person or a position. It is a complex moral relationship between people based on trust, obligation, commitment, emotion, and a shared vision of the good.” - Joanne Ciulla.
Grace Under Fire is a feminine leadership program for women ready to heed the call to live more authentically. A four to six-month journey of reflection, exploration, and deliberate pause for women who are interested in rediscovering and nurturing aspects of themselves, addressing head on both personal and professional life challenges, in an engaging, supportive environment.
Centered around each participant’s journey, her current opportunities, challenges, and transitions, the individual and the collective work together to reframe everyday situations, discover strengths, and release untapped resources and potential.

TEAM OFFSITE DESIGN AND FACILITATION
Anytime is a good time to invest in your team, but there is no better time than now to pause, reflect, and plan for a better future. Help your team members realign their goals, improve how they work together, and find concrete ways to achieve their targets. It’s time to upgrade your teams’ game!
We partner with clients to design and facilitate customized offsite experiences that engage, inspire, build connections, and establish long-term success practices.
We offer three types of interventions based on the most frequent moments most teams face. Check out which one is right for you.
REFLECT
When was the last time you called a timeout?
Playing is important, but it's not everything. Your team needs time to pause and reflect. Understand what's working and what can be improved.
Ideal when:
You are facing a turning point that requires adjustments.
Objective:
Reflect on what is working (and what's not), adjust tactics, and improve how to play the next phase.
The Experience:
Take some distance from the day-to-day activities to explore new ways of working, increase collaboration, and speed up decision-making.
REFRAME
It's time to reset your team.
Even the most successful teams get stuck from time to time. Leading a team that’s on a winning strike is easy. But turning a team around, that’s a bigger challenge.
Ideal when:
A team is losing momentum or feeling stuck. a team needing to leverage more on each other
Objective:
Reset the team operating system and refresh how it functions.
The Experience:
Relaunch how your team operates and behaves by challenging everything they take for granted. We will upgrade their operating system by providing new tools and methods to embrace the future of work.
RE-ENGAGE
Time to take your team to the theatre
The problem with dysfunctional teams is that most leaders don't know where to get started. Inaction can only make things worse. We are here to help your team recover.
Ideal when:
Toxic mindsets and behaviors are putting the team at risk. A team that needs clarity around direction and their Why
Objective:
To stop the bleeding before it's too late.
The Experience:
An in-depth approach to creating a safe space to jump-start dialogue and reignite collaboration. We will get your team back on track.

WELLBEING AND RESILIENCE
Most of us spend the majority of our waking day at work, or working. More and more companies are acknowledging and implementing employee wellbeing strategies, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but also because it makes sound business sense. But what is Employee wellbeing? It is how an employees’ job (duties, expectations, stress level, and environment) affect their overall health and happiness. Why is it important? Employee wellbeing has been linked to better employee engagement and productivity. Developing a wellbeing strategy also helps build employee resilience in uncertain times. Allowing your teams to manage themselves, their jobs and their environment in a calmer, healthier way, making your organisation stronger across the board.
