THE CIRCLE SYMBOL IS UNIVERSAL, SACRED, AND DIVINE.

It represents the infinite nature of energy and the inclusivity of the universe.

THE CIRCLE IS THE MOST COMMON AND UNIVERSAL SIGN, FOUND IN ALL CULTURES.

It is the symbol of the sun in its limitless and boundless aspect.

The circle has no beginning, no end, and no divisions, making it the perfect symbol of completeness, eternity, and the soul. The circle is also the symbol of boundary and enclosure, completion, returning cycles, protection, inclusion, and community.

As the current global situation has taught us, we are creatures that crave community, connectedness, belong, and something with other creatures like us. Humans are social creatures; we gravitate towards each other for protection, camaraderie, and self-worth. Without these instincts, we would be extinct. To love and serve the community is a respectable act. When on the path of heart wisdom, it’s helpful to connect with other souls to share words, chants, or meals. A true community is not just about being geographically close to someone or part of the same network. It’s about feeling connected and responsible for what happens. Humanity is our ultimate community, and everyone plays a crucial role.

At Embodied Beings, we believe everyone needs a soul tribe. We facilitate two types of circles each quarter. They run for 12 weeks each and offer individuals a chance to listen, learn, be heard, grow, and gain from each other.

A 12-week circle where you learn about how to let go of worrying about what others think of you and speaking authentically and vulnerably about what you are going through in your life. Allowing you to let go of what’s not serving you and stepping into your power as a new generation feminine leader.

A 12-week mindfulness circle aimed at deepening your self-awareness and presence, connecting to our universal human needs, and developing skillful ways to respond courageously and compassionately.

CULTIVATE COURAGE AND COMPASSION CIRCLE

This 12-week mindfulness base circle is conducted by a practicing MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher and a feminine leadership facilitator. Informed by non-violent communication principles and practices, we will explore themes such as presence, compassion, vulnerability, and enoughness. We will appreciate all we have done to keep ourselves safe and well, acknowledge how alone we have been at times. It is a chance to provide some accompaniment for past pain through deep empathy for the different experiences we have faced.
